In order to comply with CDC standards and the safety of our employees, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be made.

Shipping policy
The services offered are only available onsite, however may be purchased online for our patrons' convenience. Therefore, no physical items will be shipped, except for membership cards for those making membership purchases. Should any needs or questions arise regarding our products, please email us at museum@roswell-nm.gov.
